2nd Annual Women's Hair Loss Seminar
On October 3, 2017 Images International held it's 2nd Annual Women's Hair Loss Seminar. Women were welcomed to join us for an evening of education about the causes of hair loss and the solutions available to them. The special evening was finished with each participant receiving a hair and scalp analysis and a private consultation with a hair loss expert. Each woman was able to receive answers for their own specific hair loss situation.
A nationally recognized hair loss expert presented a lesson on our hair's growth cycle. She discussed the many reasons that women experience thinning hair. Unlike men, it is not all genetic. Stress, diet, hormones and illness were all discussed as possible causes of women's hair loss.
Popular hair loss solutions were then discussed and the attendees were educated about what is real and what is fake when it comes to hair loss solutions. There are a lot of products on the market that make promises they can't keep when it comes to hair regrowth. The women were enlightened about the claims to be weary of and why Images offers real solutions. Special guest, Kayla Martell shared her experience with Alopecia Areata, an autoimmune disorder where her immune system attacks her hair follicles. While she is comfortable without it, she admitted feeling beautiful and feminine when she wears her hair. With so many examples of Images' work, the women in attendance were anxious to get started with their consultations to learn what will work for them. Each woman received private time with a hair loss specialist, they viewed their scalp and hair follicles up close using a scope that magnified the camera images.
