I've been a client of Images Internat"l for a little over 15 years and have seen significant growth, especially since the arrival of the new ownership team. The new offices are well done with rich dark hardwood tones giving a very impressive spa like appearance and feel. 'I'm a black client whose found his niche in the professionalism and attention to focused care for each client. I also appreciate the diversity in staff that meshes well with the diverse clientele. I've met the new owner who confided in me that she, herself, is a client (how about that)! I have on-going dialogue with the on-site manager who has lent a willing ear to my concerns and has been equally as compliant in addressing them by introducing the latest techniques and the issues of hair loss problems for both men and women. My hair design system is just fantastic. I am so comfortable with my hair system because it is undetectable, the hair curl fits me and is not a stock version for "black " clients, and because the feedback that I receive when out and about tells me that a great job has been done. From the receptionist's greeting received when entering Images to the care and attention given by the stylists, to the personal interaction with owner/management/staff, Images International is just the right place for me to be.

I was always taught that a woman's hair was her glory, losing mine was hard to handle. For many years I struggled with hair problems. I went to the doctor and they ran all types of tests but they could not give me an answer for my hair problems. I shed many tears over this. I took vitamins, injections in my scalp, and many suggestions from friends. I wore a wig for years but needed something different. I tried the hair weave but my hair would snap right off. I had seen ads for hair restoration and finally contacted Images International.

Images International was a big step for me, but it was rewarding. Although I am still very sensitive about my hair loss I feel better about myself. I have been coming in for laser hair treatment for about 6 months now & I am already seeing improvements in the health of my hair. I have gotten compliments recently about the fullness, texture & shine of my hair. My hairdresser also told me that my hair looks & feels so much better than before I started the laser hair treatments. I am doing the more natural & organic approach so the results are slower but I still see new hair growth. I really look forward to seeing my results because they show you all these details about the hair that I never knew before & show you how far you've come. The laser hair treatment is for a dedicated person because you have to come in two times a week for the improvements to start happening. I currently have hair extensions but hope that at the end of the laser treatments I will be able to take them out & be comfortable with my own natural hair. The staff is also so welcoming & understanding of the situations because hair loss is a sensitive topic. I really enjoy talking with the staff about any questions I have & can't wait to see them every time I come in.
